Another Jace quote from me, but I’m in the middle of reading this book so it was a good one to pick from. This was shortly after the fight scene where Clary kicked some major demon ass. Also, even though Jace is bonded to Clary’s evil brother, we still seem to get a glimpse of the real Jace in quotes like these.

    I LOVE HOLDER! That one is a great quote from him <3 I want to share another one since I just finished this book a couple of hours ago.

    “I want you to remember who you are, despite the bad things that are happening to you. Because those bad things aren’t you. They are just things that happen to you. You need to accept that who you are, and the things that happen to you, are not one and the same.”

    I like how Holder stops and thinks before saying anything, looking for the best way to not say something wrong. He's perfection! 🙂
