I really liked when Zak said this to Angie. I like what Angie realized about Zak: “His attentive treatment of her had nothing to do with the presumption that she was weak, and everything to do with the conviction that she was valuable.” This is a debut novel by this self-published author. I really like her book and found this book unique in that it didn’t stray from topics of God and faith, as most contemporary YA and NA books tend to do today. Check out my review here.
