So my book club just read this book and we had our monthly discussion on it last night. I really liked this book. In fact, I originally read it last year and gave it 4 stars because of the ending. But this year when I read it again, the ending did not bother me as much. 5 stars.

I agree about Warner – Mafi made him do a complete 180 and wrote him in such a way that he was understandable. One thing I liked about that series is that there was no real black and white or right or wrong. Lines were being blurred all over the place.

I want to read Eleanor & Park so badly…love that quote. BUT Warner’s quote…*fans self* Ms. Mafi had already made me love Warner but I didn’t know it was possible to love him more!! *sigh* Thanks for sharing, girls! 🙂

I love love love love love Warner. LOVE. So much. I, too, thought I was destined to hate him, but Mafi wrote one hell of a character with him. So complex. Did I mention I love him?
I’m so torn on Eleanor & Park. I loved everything about it. I was happy with the ending. But I’m not ready to give up those characters. I would love to see another book about them.
