Feature for Aug 30, 2013 –  Question! If you could only have ONE – one book – for the rest of your life. Don’t cheat…what would it be?

Hmmm well, let’s see. I would want to choose a really long book since it is the ONLY book I can have.  It would be between a book from the Outlander Series by Diana Gabaldon and The Bronze Horseman by Paullina Simons. I guess I would choose a book from the Outlander Series. Which book you ask? Hmmmm, good question. I would chose my favorite in the series so far, Dragonfly In Amber.

Argghhh ONE BOOK? Are you freaking kidding me? Ok, ok, let’s see. Well, I’ve only re-read  two books that I remember, one is Gone With The Wind and the other is Hunger Games. I’ll have to select Gone With The Wind for my ONE book, since it is really really long and can keep me entertained for much longer at a time. But seriously, this question is evil.

  1. Yay! I haven’t heard about Diana’s work but definitely heard about Gone With The Wind. I’ve been meaning to read it a looooong time ago but I felt intimidated. What if the language is too archaic and I have a hard time understanding it?
