Top Ten Worlds I’d Never Want To Live In OR (since some of you might not read stuff with different worlds) Top Ten Characters I’d NEVER Want To Trade Places With
Rose’s List of Top Ten:
So since I do not read a whole lot of paranormal or fantasy, I found it difficult to answer what world I would not want to live in…. but I did come up with a few and also a few characters that I think no one in their right mind would ever want to really be:
- Katniss! I would never ever want to be her! (The Hunger Games)
- Tris Prior from Divergent. I wouldn’t want to be her, either. I don’t care how hot Four is!
- Ummmm I would never want to be Hazel Grace.(The Fault In Our Stars)
- Layken Cohen from Slammed
- Emma from Reason To Breathe… Emma has to endure way too much.
- Winter time Leningrad during Hitler’s blockade of the city as described in Paullina Simon’s The Bronze Horseman
- So While I would love to be Claire and possess the ability to heal people and get the opportunity to be Jamie Fraser’s wife, I would never want to live in 18th century Scotland. Sorry. Just not for me! (Outlander)
- I would never want to be Sookie Stackhouse. Like no way! Nope! (Dead Until Dark)
- I may as well add Bella Swan to this list. I have never harbored a deep dark desire to become a vampire. (Sorry for the spoiler, guys) <—— saracasm. (Twilight)
- And I would never want to be Karou. The price of magic is too high. (The Daughter of Smoke and Bone)
Julie’s List of Top Ten:
- Panem/Katniss from Hunger Games
- Netherworld (Soul Screamers series)
- The world in Blood of Eden series
- Tris Prior’s Chicago, and beyond
- Lunar world, their queen is all kinds of crazy
- Kitty Doe’s world from Pawn
- Penryn’s world when the Angels attack
- The world where love is a disease
- The world dies and zombies exist
- Alessa (Stitch trilogy)

No Outlander for you?! I agree, I’d likely not do too well in the past, but I would love that world where time travel is sort of possible. And I couldn’t say no to Jamie. 😛

Michelle,
I could not say no to Jamie either. But honestly, I would prefer Jamie traveling to MY time than me having to travel to 18th century Scotland. Call me selfish. lol.
How did I leave Bella off my list?!
I’d be happy to live forever, but not if it means everyone I’ve ever know dies and I’m still here. Talk about horrifying.

I didn’t really think about the immortality part. Just the blood drinking part. Lol. But good point!
Those are some awesome picks! I don’t think I would have want to live there too, good reasons!
Hope you can stop by my Top Ten
xoxo
