For this discussion post, we joining the Tell Me Something Tuesday challenge run by Jen at That’s What I’m Talking About. Here’s the topic for this week. What are your favorite books/audiobooks that you read in 2023?
We are also linking this up to the Top Ten Tuesday for the same topic.
Julie:
I’m a tough audience, I know. I want to be blown away by a book, especially a book for adults. I’m less “picky” for books for kids because they are a special audience, but still quite picky. But just because I rated a children’s book highly, wouldn’t make it on my favorites list, ya know?
So these are some of my top-rated or most memorably enjoyed books this year. Some have full reviews and some are minis.
Hacking the Code: The Ziggety Zaggety Road of a D-Kid
Love, Lies, and Hocus Pocus: Allies (The Lily Singer Adventures #3)
Summoned to Thirteenth Grave (Charley Davidson, #13)
Lynn:
I read a bunch of books this year. Some memorable. A lot meh. Here are the books that stand out in no particular order:
The Coldest Winter I Ever Spent
What about you?

I’ve heard great things about Lessons in Chemistry. I remember really enjoying how Charley Davidson wrapped up, too. Thanks for participating!
