My almost 4-year-old and I are always on the hunt for books that not only entertain but also bring us closer during bedtime. This time, Ellie the Little Chick by Avery Smart has become a favorite in our nightly routine.
The story introduces Ellie, a lively little chick brimming with dreams and excitement. Even when it’s time to sleep, Ellie’s mind is buzzing with ideas and adventures. Something my child can relate to all too well.
Thankfully, Ellie’s caring mommy is always there to help her settle down by showing the power of love and patience in the sweetest way.
