Have you met any bookish/blogging friends in person?

Back in the day, when we first started this blog, Rose and I would go to author signings and book conventions in the Houston area. And, once, we traveled to Portland to attend a book launch and party for Colleen Hoover’s Maybe Someday. So there was a time when I got to meet some fellow book bloggers and fangirl over authors. We even made bookmarks with our blog information to pass out at author events to fellow bloggers and readers.
But it has been a while now since I have met a fellow blogger in person. I haven’t had the lifestyle where I seek them out. But I do like my online friendships 🙂
Lynn:
Kristine from Hall Ways Blog is the only blogger I can think of? At least off the top of my head! We became close friends through Lone Star Lit. And have socialized. In public!
Otherwise, I have a pretty small group of actual, in person, hanging out friends! Especially with Julie always on the move. 😉

I have a great group of local friends, and even friends who’ve moved away, but most of them don’t read like I do, so having those bookish friends, online or at cons, means a lot!
