You get multiple quotes from me. Because I highlighted a lot. I’m all about the teasing unhinged closed off man who falls so hard that she becomes his entire existence. That last quote… excuse me I have to lie down.

Ok – sure. This quote is from a scene that Thais imagines. But still captures all the longing between the two characters. So. Much. Longing.  While I wouldn’t call this book romance by any means, this relationship between these two characters is very palpable.
