I like this quote because it is all about sacrifice. Alex had to put his very life on the line, but it made his life that much sweeter for succeeding. I really liked this book. This is the type of YA that I love. gritty. Real. Raw. And oh so romantic. Sigh.

This is a cool novella that gives a good background into one of the beloved teachers in the House of Night series. I liked how deep and meaningful everything that Martin says to Lenobia is and how it affects her in her Vampyre life.
I must get Simone Elkeles’ books. Everyone loves Perfect Chemistry and the rest of the companion novels (series?). Alex’s quote is sweet with promise. <3
I've only read Marked by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast. I didn't know they had other books! Will check them out later. 😉
I enjoy all of Simone Elkeles’ books… Perfect Chemistry is one of my favorite of hers though.
