Nice Girls Win is a no-nonsense motivational book for nice and kind women who need to hear that they deserve to come first. How often do we put everyone else above ourselves and our needs? This book reminds us that winning in life is a personal journey, and that we need to name and focus on what we want. The book has great nuggets of advice to sit with and contemplate, but I most loved the boundaries chapter and the nice girls deserve it all chapter.

Each chapter ends with micro practices to put the topic to work and give you a moment to pause and absorb the message. This is a great book for women of all ages, reminding us we don’t have to be a villain to have a happy, successful life.

The audiobook is narrated by the author, Kelly Ehlers, which makes for a nice motivational podcast-style listen, or even an immersive read if you read the print book and listen along. The print book is the best way to consume this message because it serves a dual purpose, being a journal with prompts and space to write your thoughts and feelings.
