I like this quote because Royal takes charge in Asa, pursing him, instead of the usual the guy persuing the girl. The first quote is Royal’s inner monolgue. I think women should be more confident in the chase. We need more GIRL POWER in romance books! And the second quote is great because Royal is finally coming into herself. She’s very pretty, and finally met someone who sees below the outer beauty, to her true self.
